The fully equipped conference, meeting and event venue overlooks the parkland layout of the Outeniqua Golf Course with the Outeniqua mountains in the background.  The conference centre comprises a large multi-purpose banquet hall on the ground floor, six meeting rooms situated on the upper level, spacious foyers on both levels and an outdoor balcony, perfect for coffee breaks or afternoon cocktails.  The Fancourt Conference centre can accommodate small parties to groups of up to 400 pax.
